All Sessions Virtual 

 6 Month Vitality Care Package

·      A comprehensive, ongoing herbal support package focused on whole-body vitality, with more frequent check-ins and longer-term support. Ideal for someone working on larger health concerns or who would like to work more closely with a partner on their wellness journey.

·       Includes an initial herbal consultation lasting 1.5 hours, during which we thoroughly explore lifestyle, history and current health needs and areas to focus, short and long term goals, along with tools, resources, education and any needed referrals. 

·      Comprehensive wellness plan broken down into attainable phases

·      15 minute check in calls every 2 weeks for accountability and to check on progress and goals

·      Ongoing email support (answered during my dedicated office hours)

·      30 minute follow up sessions every 4 weeks

·      Cost: $175 per month (first 3 months must be paid upfront)

·      Herbs are not included, and are not provided by Found Herbal. I work with herbal dispensaries where formulas can be filled and shipped.

 Individual Consultation

·      Initial herbal consultation lasting 1.5 hours, during which we thoroughly explore lifestyle, history and current health needs and areas to focus, short and long term goals (this will require an in-depth intake form completed prior to session)

·      Cost: $200 for initial visit, which includes preliminary health plan and any needed resources and tools.

·      Herbs are not included in this visit, and are not provided by Found Herbal. I work with herbal dispensaries where formulas can be filled and shipped.

·      One 15 minute call when program is started to clarify or answer questions

·      Email support which will be answered during my office hours (reasonable email support, which looks like 1 email every 1-2 weeks until first follow up session) 

 Follow Up Visit

·      30-40 minute follow up visit 4 weeks after starting the program

·      This time is a check in on progress, needs, changes, etc. Formula adjustments can be discussed during this time.

·      Cost: $60

 Custom Formulation Visit

·      30 minute visit designed for more immediate herbal needs, such as seasonal allergies, respiratory-like symptoms, etc.

·      Cost: $60
